When will I receive my box?
All our VIP boxes are sent out the first week of the month. If you sign up for your first box before 18th February, you will receive February's box. For every month after, you will receive each box at the beginning of the month.
If you sign up after 18th February, you will receive your first box in April.
For example, if you sign up on January 25th, you will be billed on that date. You will then receive your first VIP box at the beginning of February. You will not be billed again until the 1st of March, for March's VIP box.
When is the last date I can order to get February's box?
You have until 18th February to sign up for February's VIP box. Any orders after the 18th February will receive April's box.
When will my payment be taken?
Your first payment will be taken on the day you sign up, once your first box has been dispatched, you will then be charged on the 1st of each month for that month’s VIP box. Unless the 1st of the month falls on a weekend, this may then be taken on the next working day.
Can I select the frequency of my box?
You can select when signing up for our VIP membership if you would like receive a VIP box every month, or every 2 months.
If you would like to amend the frequency of your box at any point, for example from monthly to every 2 months, please contact us and we will arrange this for you.
Is there a minimum time that I have to be a VIP member for?
No, you can cancel your membership at any time after you have received your first box by clicking here.
Can I order my favourite scents from the box?
The good thing about being a VIP is that you get the chance to try all new scents first, but these scents will then be released to the public at a later date. This means you can buy your favourite scents again if you would like to.
This isn't always guaranteed & these may not stick around for long due to being Limited Edition.
Do I have to pay for delivery?
No - delivery for our VIP box is absolutely FREE!
When will I receive my loyalty points?
Loyalty points are rewarded every 3 months you are subscribed. Your loyalty points will be added to your account the month after you have completed 3 full months.
For example, if you have received January, February & March's VIP boxes, your loyalty points for being a member will be added to your account in April.

Can I pause my subscription?
You can choose to skip a month in your account. All you have to do is log in to your account, select your subscription & select 'skip a month' in the top right hand corner.
If you would like to skip more than one month, please remember to repeat the above action above for each month you would like to skip.
I would like to cancel, how do I do this?
Please complete our cancellation form & we will cancel your subscription for you.
Please note by cancelling your subscription, you will lose VIP perks such as permanent 15% discount, quarterly loyalty points to spend on our site & more. It may be worth skipping the months when you do not want to receive a VIP box, to ensure you keep these wonderful perks.
If I would like to cancel, how much notice do you need?
We require 3 working days to prepare all cancellations. If you do not give 3 working days’ notice before you are due to be billed, your cancellation will not be processed until the following month.
How do I use Wax Melts?
Add the wax melts to your burner and switch on (if electric) or light the tea light under the burner. Electric warmers take a little longer to warm up, due to the fact they do not use a direct flame. It is at your discretion how many wax melts you use in your burner, but please remember that when fully melted wax melts can overrun the burner if you use too many. Please think about the size of your burner when deciding to use more than one wax melt.
How long does a wax melt last?
Each wax melt segment lasts around 12-14 hours before the scent reduces & disappears. When you can no longer smell the fragrance, this is time to change the melt.
How do I remove the old wax from my burner?
Our recommended method to remove wax from your burner would be to light a tea light in your burner for around 30 seconds, or switch on your electric burner for around a minute. The bottom of the wax should have then loosed for you to slide this out with your fingers & dispose of, wipe away the waxy residue & use with a new wax melt.
Why is there clear smoke/vapour coming from my burner?
Please do not be alarmed this is the scent releasing from the wax, the weaker the scent gets the less vapour their will be. This may not always happen because all fragrance oils are different and weaker/stronger than others, but if this does happen, do not worry. You can always contact us if you are concerned.
Are your products safe to use around pets?
Although we use fragrance oil in our wax products, instead of essential oils, & we also have a furry friend who isn't affected by our products, we understand that some pets may have allergies. Therefore if you have any concerns or would like to know the allergens in our products, please contact us 🐾
Do you provide samples or testers?
Yes, all our wax melts other than our Limited Edition scents have a sample option to allow you to buy a smaller sized wax melt, before deciding on a full sized product. Please find the wax melt you would like to try & select 'sample' from the menu.
